This is our invitation to turn inwards and create balance in our lives, working with the elements and looking at ways to support ourselves over the coming weeks. We shall follow a steady, rhythmic, grounding flow yoga practice, finishing with breath work and meditation while walking, or you can immerse yourself in the sea for a swim. This class is suitable for beginners.
